The comic strip "Laughing Outside the Box" is a riotously funny chronicling of the antics of Molly and her family, and the millions of people who watched it all happen. The eCOMIC series launched on April 1, 2010 and ran until after all of the owlets had fledged and the webcam was turned off on June 14, 2010. During that time, it was an online subscription. Folks who purchased a subscription were notified each time a new strip came out, and given a link for where to go to download the PDF. Also as part of the subscription, they were to receive a PDF eBook compilation of all the cartoons in the series, along with lots of other illustrations and notes. This is the eBook entitled "A MOD's Journal." Yesterday (June 12, 2010) saw the completion of "A MOD's Journal." An e-mail notification is going to go out tonight to all the current subscribers, with instructions on how to download their copies. You Can Still Purchase the eCOMIC The series is finished, but you can still purchase a copy of "A MOD's Journal," which has all of the cartoons that were in the series (and a whole lot more stuff). This is an electronic publication (PDF) that is enabled for a one-time printing, but which is always available to look at on your computer, using any of the multitude of PDF viewers out there. I have just set up a purchase site with a shopping cart and the ability to pay with PayPal, and you can go there by clicking HERE. If you have any questions about the eCOMIC and purchase options, feel free to send an e-mail to john@VacaDude.com. |
